Samuel grew up in the Blackstone Valley and currently lives in Hopkinton with his wife Olivia. Being local to the central mass area provides him with the Real Estate expertise and background to successfully enlighten any client with necessary information they will need when buying or selling.

Over the last several years Samuel has gained unparalleled insight and important knowledge as a Property Manager while managing numerous condominiums across central MA, and in turn, understands the ever-changing condominium Real Estate market which sets him apart. Samuel has earned his CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist) licenses and accreditation from the Community Associations Institute during his career as a Property Manager among many other accolades.
