I had the pleasure of working with Jenna Hartman in 2019 and 2020 (during COVID-19). She handled the clean-up and renovation of two of my condo properties, for which she then brokered the sale. Since I was out-of-state both times, Jenna took complete control of a slush fund of my money, and managed everything from installing new appliances, to securing all documents required for sale, to getting my final water/sewer bill adjudicated. I didn’t need to micro-manager her, yet she responsibly kept me informed on her decisions, and itemized all expenditures. I hope it was fruitful for her because it certainly made my life easy! I didn’t have to do any of the work — I just had to leave her alone to do her job.
